I saw the most amazing movie ever last night. i have to say its the best thing i have watched all year,considering i have been dragged to see every blockbuster piece of rubbish that has been released from the torture of The Reaping to the confusion and mild amusement at Blades of Glory my brain could not take such rubbish anymore.
so i finally satisfied my craving for a fucking good movie and saw.....no it was not that superhero flick Spider man 3 people are wasting money on, it was a movie called The Lives of others. Also known as : "Das Leben der Anderen" brilliant stuff people!! go see it!! its German and i can not believe that this was under my nose the whole time and i saw so much crap this year. i know i am not a movie critic nor is that what i would normally blog about but this movie was awesome. okay enough of that.

and yeah i went to see spiderman 3. Jeez.. what a laugh and a half that was... crappy but dang I haven't been impressed with much lately.
So please some more details.
TRUE STORY.. a lot of crappy movies out there.. its unfortunate that its usually the really stupid movies that get attention.. movies that are stimulatin.. never get none.. saw that movie.. was the bomb..

Soul- the movie is set in East Berlin 1984 before the fall of the wall, it explores how the lives of artists and artistes had their lives monitored and constantly under surveillance by the GDR secret police,i think they were called the stasi if they disagreed with the communist party and leaned more towards the West. an agent,is given the assignment to spy on a writer, initially he thinks it is for the good of the communist party,later he finds out that this writer is under surveillance because a party minister is obsessed with the writers actress girlfriend, this agent become disillusioned by the party and the whole mission, gradually he begins to live vicariously through them, listening to them having sex, talking,crying capturing them at their most vulnerable when they thought they were alone. it gets really heated but i dont want to ruin it for you.please watch it if you can,i think it might be already on dvd in some places,but we found this tiny theatre that was showing it.
